Things To Know

  • BATHROOMS: There will be towels located throughout the house as well as beach towels by the pool.
  • BEACH ACCESS: Beach access is thru the gate on the way to the Beach Pool in front of the house. This access is for owners and guests only. There is a beach shower and air conditioned bathrooms under the pool. The walkway to the beach is to the left of the pool.
  • ENTRANCE INSTRUCTIONS: There is a gated entry into the community. The gate attendants will know you are coming by your last name and mentioning you are staying in Villa 212.
  • FILTERED WATER: There is a small filtered water dispenser located in the kitchen sink to the left of the faucet. This water goes thru a separate filter and is best for drinking.
  • GARAGE: The garage is not for guest use.
  • GROCERY STORE: There is an amazing grocery store called Fresco which is located a short drive out of the neighborhood and left on the freeway. It will be on your left in about 1/2 mile.
  • ICE MACHINE: There is an ice machine on the left bar facing the front door.
  • LIGHTS: Light switches for both inside and outside are located to your left when you enter in the house.
  • MOTHS: Watch for large moths in November. www.tripadvisor.com
  • TV: There are remote controls and cable boxes for each TV in the house. Cable boxes are located behind and/ or on top of mounted televisions. Channel 200 is the guide.
  • PARKING: You can park a rental vehicle in front of the house or in the overnight parking to the left of the garage facing the house. If you have a golf cart, park it in front of the house and a car in overnight parking.
  • PETS: Pets are allowed ONLY IF APPROVED. Please pick up after your pet.
  • REFRIGERATOR: There is filtered ice and water in the refrigerator in the kitchen.
  • SEA TURTLES: The sea turtle hatching season is from end of August to the beginning of December (if you are lucky you can watch them be let go on their first swim).   • SMOKING: We would appreciate it if you did not smoke indoors. Smoking is allowed outside on any of the decks. Please use an ash tray and dispose of cigarette butts properly by throwing them in the trash when they are no longer burning.
  • SWIMMING: Swimming in the ocean is NOT recommended. The undertow can be VERY STRONG during certain parts of the year. It is best to swim in the Beach Pool or our personal pool.
  • TEQUILA CART / BAR: The tequila cart is for you to share and enjoy – your welcome to share .

  • TRASH: There is a pull out trash can in a drawer to the left of the sink.
  • TRASH CANS: There are trash cans to the left of the garages behind the overnight parking spaces.
  • WIFI: The wifi network and passwords will be sent to you on a welcome email. We have 200mps fiber optic internet which is rare in Mexico.
  • WINE / DRINK COOLER: There is a wine cooler on the right hand bar facing the front door.
  • WORK OUT FACILITIES: There is a really nice work out room for owners and guests only located further down the street on the right hand side. Access codes will be supplied in the welcome email .
  • WHALES: The whales are typically there from December – April. They can be seeing jumping and breaching from the house (if your lucky).
